These Terms govern your access and use of the BidAgent Chrome extension provided by LoadConnect Inc. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

BidAgent provides analytics and insights on auction-based platforms (cars, houses, and other categories).
You must have an active subscription to access premium features.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Comply with all applicable laws and Chrome Web Store policies

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • BidAgent is subscription-based.

  • Purchases are handled through Stripe.

  • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled.

  • Users may cancel at any time; refunds follow our refund policy or Stripe rules.

  • We may suspend access if payment fails.

4. Use of the Extension

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension

  • Use the extension to scrape or steal data from auction sites

  • Use the extension for unauthorized automated bidding

  • Interfere with or harm the extension or LoadConnect's systems

We may terminate accounts violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, analytics, branding, and design belong to **LoadConnect Inc.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect only minimal data for authentication and subscription verification.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BidAgent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of analytics

  • Availability of third-party auction websites

  • Continuous error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

LoadConnect Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Financial losses from your bids

  • Decisions you make based on analytics

  • Damages caused by third-party platforms

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

  • For violating these terms

  • For suspected fraudulent activity

  • If required by law

You may stop using the extension at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA (or your main jurisdiction, I can change it).
